DIGITALIS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ¡Vamos! Learn (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

2. Our Privacy Philosophy

¡Vamos! Learn is designed with a privacy-first approach. Your learning data stays on your device. We do not operate user accounts, do not require sign-in, and do not collect or transmit personal information to external servers. There are no ads and no tracking in the App.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not do:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information through the App.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We do not sell, share, or trade any user data.
• We do not serve advertisements.
• We do not create user profiles on our servers.

4. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• User Profile: Your chosen display name, daily goal, native language preference, and learning settings.
• Learning Progress: Lesson completion, XP earned, streak data, vocabulary mastery levels, and quiz scores.
• Preferences: Theme selection, notification settings, dialect preference (Latin American or Castilian), and interface language.
• Game Data: Casino game scores, coins earned, and tournament participation.

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. If you enable iCloud backup on your device, this data may be included in your device backup per your Apple iCloud settings.

5. Camera & Microphone

The App may request permission to access:

• Camera: Used for the real-time text translation feature. Camera data is processed on-device in real time and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
• Microphone & Speech Recognition: Used for pronunciation practice lessons. Audio is processed on-device by Apple’s Speech framework and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Both permissions are optional. You can use the App without granting either permission, and you can revoke access at any time in your device’s Settings.

6. AI Tutor

The App’s AI Tutor uses Apple Intelligence and on-device machine learning models. All AI conversations and processing happen entirely on your device. No AI interactions are sent to DIGITALIS LLC or any third-party servers.

7. Subscriptions & Apple

If you purchase a subscription (Monthly at $4.99/month or Annual at $29.99/year), the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Apple may share anonymized, aggregated sales data with us. 8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following Apple frameworks that process data on-device:

• Apple Speech Recognition (for pronunciation practice)
• Apple Intelligence / Core ML (for AI Tutor)
• AVFoundation (for camera-based text translation)
• StoreKit (for subscription management via App Store)

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection SDKs.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App does not collect personal data from any user, it is inherently compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The App is rated 17+ on the App Store due to simulated gambling content (educational casino games).

10. Data Export & Deletion

You can export your vocabulary and progress data at any time from within the App in text, CSV, or JSON format. To delete all App data, simply delete the App from your device. Since no data is stored on our servers, deletion from your device is complete and permanent.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and within the App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
