DIGITALIS LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ¡Vamos! Learn mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Your learning data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not maintain external servers or databases that store your personal learning data.
If you opt in to iCloud Backup (a premium feature), your data is synced through Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect any data transmitted through the App.

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
The App includes a Camera Translate feature that uses your device's camera to recognize and translate Spanish text in real time. Camera access is requested only when you use this feature. Images are processed on-device and are never stored, uploaded, or transmitted to any server.
¡Vamos! Learn is a language learning app suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation, and all learning data is stored locally on the device. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
¡Vamos! Learn offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscriptions are processed and managed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
You can export your learning data (vocabulary, progress, and statistics) at any time through the App's Settings screen in CSV or JSON format. To delete all your data, simply delete the App from your device. Since data is stored locally, uninstalling the App permanently removes all associated data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
